Wait, what is ME/CFS anyways?

ME/CFS mainly occurs after infections like COVID-19 or influenza, and anyone can get it. It is the worst form of Long Covid. ME/CFS stands for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and is a complex, chronic, and debilitating disease that affects many body systems. It causes multiple symptoms, such as severe fatigue, unrefreshing sleep, post-exertional malaise (PEM), widespread pain, cognitive impairments, and sensitivity to stimuli like light and sound.
